RIFF is a festival created in 2011. It started with 5 young people from different origins who found each other in Luxembourg searching for innovative ways to promote cultural diversity and bring people together, no matter their age or origin.And senses appeared to be the best way of reaching anyone. So, for the third year now, Riff Team is organizing its cooking and cinema workshops. The principle is simple: each evening has a country as theme. In every workshop, people will have chance to learn how to cook typical dishes of certain region, they will see / hear music, dances, theatre and movie about the countries involved. In a word, experience culture through all their senses.
Then, every year, to end the festival, Riff is doing a concert night, with bands from different countries.
Through all those activities, the aim of the young organizers is reached everytime: connect people, represent different cultures and countries in creative way, and promote art.
