The culmination of the Books & Beats project, The Sound of a Story, The Story of a Sound is a collaborative project that brings together participants from both the Books and the Beats events. The aim is to either create a soundtrack inspired by one or more written stories, or to craft a story sparked by the sounds. At the end of the season, the final works will be presented in a public showcase.

A community of readers who come together to explore, discuss, and enjoy short stories – all with a good cup of coffee.
The Studio 1 Sessions (electronic music and synth meet-up) is a gathering for electronic musicians to connect, exchange ideas, discuss gear, share techniques, and collaborate through spontaneous jam sessions – cultivating both creativity and community.
