Meule is all about a killer combo: Valentin Pedler’s guitar and synths having a riotous chat with not one, but two drum sets, deftly played by Marine Flèche and Dorris Biayenda. The whole thing just spills out into a wild sonic party that hooks you right in.

With their newest album, Dare, Meule has really stretched their musical muscles. They’ve gone from the psych-garage rock vibes of bands like Osees or King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard (their absolute faves) to throwing in more electro, techno, and even some catchy pop elements. It’s a super generous album, full of little winks to the electro-acoustic legends, brimming with clever ideas and energy.
