We warmly invite you to join a collaborative workshop about the next step towards launching a Transition Initiative in Luxembourg in the form of a community garden. After a successful series of inspiring conferences and workshops this year about transition initiatives, food security, peak oil and urban gardening, it is time to follow the ​“Muse of Realization”, so thoughtfully described by writer and gardener Wendell Berry. With our gardens tucked in for winter and the season shortening, it may be a good time to come together and commit to a concrete project, if we would like to see the Luxembourg City Community Gardens come to life, and make them a place for meeting, learning, growing, playing together in an ever-changing environment. Katy Fox and François Thiry will provide context and background knowledge necessary for developing a project description together with our partners and collaborators.
