Conference Une histoire du spectacle jeune public au Luxembourg

Histoire culturelle du Luxembourg
© Yves Conrardy

Please note that this conference has been rescheduled to March 20, 2024.

Since 2018, University of Luxembourg’s Institut de langue et de littératures luxembourgeoises has organised a series of talks dedicated to the cultural history of Luxembourg from the 19th century to the present day, in close collaboration with cultural institutions in Luxembourg.

During the 22/23 season, Rotondes will host the series for the second time. It will include three conferences on the topics of indie rock, theatre for young audiences and urban dance in Luxembourg. The lectures will present a historical development of these cultural fields, highlighting both the pivotal moments of their institutionalisation and the stages they underwent during their professionalisation.

The talks are aimed at anyone wishing to learn more about these areas, which are regularly featured in the Rotondes programme.
