The culmination of the Books & Beats project, The Sound of a Story, The Story of a Sound is a collaborative project that brings together participants from both the Books and the Beats events. The aim is to either create a soundtrack inspired by one or more written stories, or to craft a story sparked by the sounds. At the end of the season, the final works will be presented in a public showcase.

The programme for the day (Beats only) is The Studio 1 Sessions (electronic music and synth meet-up), a gathering for electronic musicians to connect, exchange ideas, discuss gear, share techniques, and collaborate through spontaneous jam sessions – cultivating both creativity and community.

A community and a safe space for:
- Developing creative expression through prompts, stories, music, performances
- Exploring specific themes (e.g., identity, love, etc.) across literature and electronic music
- Supporting each other’s artistic growth and promoting original creation
- Connecting people across borders and fostering international artistic exchange
