12:00 — 14:00: FAMILY RIDE & DECORATING WORKSHOP An event for kids and their parents! We’ll start by decorating our bikes and then go on a fun ride through the city, following bike paths and taking a break in the park. Drinks and snacks will be provided! 12:00 — 18:00: BIKE EXPO At our Bike Expo you will have the opportunity to discover classic city and racing bikes from the past. See how bicycles have changed over time, how new materials have replaced the old ones and what colours were popular back then. 12:00 — 18:00: SECOND HAND MARKET & BIKE SHOPS Are you looking for some nice vintage parts or just a good deal on a second hand bike? Come and visit our second hand market and our shops at the festival. 13:00 — 18:00: VÉLOBSESSION – EXHIBITION & ART DEMONSTRATION BY YURI HOPNN Yuri Hopnn is an Italian artist who has dedicated himself to street art. His works can be seen on the streets of cities including Paris, Rome and Florence. This exceptional exhibition features artworks with the bicycle as leitmotiv. Yuri provokes viewers to think about their relationship with the environment. His artistic motto is straightforward: +B.C.= ‑CO2. This is a witty and provocative invitation to use the bicycle as a means of transport. 14:00 — 15:30: ACROSS JAPAN AND OMAN BY BICYCLE – SLIDESHOW Three adventurous cyclists. Two thrilling tales. Two exotic destinations: Oman and Japan. Agnieszka, Felix and Jacques will share their cycling stories, illustrated by their travel photos. 15:30 — 17:00: BIKE POLO Come and check out how bike polo works. Let the guys from Bike Polo Luxembourg show you how to perform awesome tricks on the court, while having a serious match. Right after, you will have the chance to try it out for yourself, bring your bike! Mallets and other equipment will be provided. 17:00 — 17:40: BICYCLE FASHION SHOW This fashion show is neither about vain glamour nor haute couture. It is all about the beauty of the bicycle as an everyday accessory to get around combined with individual style.The Bicycle Fashion Show will showcase the wide variety of bicycle users in our city. No style compromises, just individual, imaginative looks! 20:00: AFTERPARTY WITH SPUD BENCER Spud Bencer is in circles. He’s one half of The Bud Spencers and one half of Binary & Dyslexic. He hosts the weekly radio show Bazar Eclectique on Radio Ara. What to expect? An eclectic mix of electronic music. Bass’n’beats’n’house for your early pleasures. Good music for good people.
