Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellations (see below).
General terms and conditions
Ticket exchanges
Tickets for concerts, collaborative projects and events by organisers other than Rotondes cannot be exchanged.
Performing Arts shows and workshops: If you are unable to attend a show from the Performing Arts programme or a workshop from the Labos programme, you can return your tickets up to 8 days before the date of the event. If the tickets are resold, credit of equal value to the price, valid for one year, will be issued. In the case of tickets purchased as part of a subscription, credit of equal value to the price, valid for one year, will be issued even if they are not resold. Return requests must be made by email (email hidden; JavaScript is required) or by phone (+352 2662 2030).
Cancellations
In the event that a concert, workshop, or collaborative project is cancelled by the organiser, the price of the tickets will be refunded.
In the event that a show is cancelled, the organiser reserves the right to replace it with a production with the same target audience (age, language). If a replacement is not possible, the tickets will be refunded.
Accessibility
Rotondes and its venues are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Nonetheless, the staging of some events can cause access to be limited. Please contact us in advance.
Age policy
Unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 are forbidden from entering the venues where drinks are served (Buvette and Klub).
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal representative, or responsible adult. Minors are the responsibility of their legal representatives or the adults who are accompanying them.
